Thank you for visiting the Geelong Baptist College website and considering the College for your child. The website will provide you with a brief overview of the College, highlighting our distinctive features and unique qualities.

However, we encourage all families to take the time to visit the College, allowing them
to gain a true appreciation of our facilities and to see the staff and students in action. It is through this physical journey that families experience for themselves the culture and positive, engaging learning atmosphere that has been established at the College.

We understand that parents want their children to develop values and moral responsibility. As a Christian school, the College’s main purpose is to provide a learning environment that has been developed within a Christian framework of values and beliefs.  Through the development of such a secure, harmonious environment, the College strives to inspire high academic achievement, genuine ambition and foster each student’s individual potential. 

Staff at GBC work diligently in developing and delivering an inclusive curriculum that addresses appropriate issues and needs, ensuring that learning is relevant and engaging.  Teachers want what is best for their students and emphasise a balance of academic rigour, personal well-being, physical and spiritual health. 

The College has an open enrolment policy, allowing all families the opportunity to attend and be part of the various exciting and challenging educational journeys we offer.
